TALLAHASSEE, Fla.–With the start of the 2021 Legislative Session right around the corner, the coalition fighting for lower prescription drug costs and eliminating middlemen in Florida’s Medicaid system sent the following letter today to the newly appointed Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Secretary Simone Marstiller on the urgent need to address the siphoning of taxpayer dollars by pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
